This letter necklace carries an initial pendant in solid 18kt gold, set with diamonds in colour G and clarity SI. You choose the letter yourself, along with the gold colour: yellow, white or rose gold. Chain length 42 cm. No rolled gold, no gold plating: the pendant is 75 per cent fine gold all the way through. Handmade in Munich. €1,300.

Which letters are available?
The available letters are listed in the selection above. If yours is not there or you need a letter with an umlaut, write to me. As an individual commission, any letter can be made.
Can I wear several letters on one necklace?
Yes. Several initials on a single chain are one of the most frequent requests, for example the initials of your children. Tell me which letters and in what order, and I will work out the price for you.
Can the chain length be changed?
42 cm is the standard length and sits just below the collarbone on most people. I make other lengths on request.
Why solid gold instead of gold-plated?
Gold-plated pendants carry a layer only a few micrometres thick over silver or brass. Over time it wears off at the edges and can only be repaired by re-plating. Solid 18kt gold never wears down to a different metal, and it keeps its material value.
